DESCRIPTION:Artists will take turns posing for each other during these monthly free\, laid-back clothed figure drawing sessions on first and third Sundays of each month. Feel free to come in your fancy clothes\, your regular clothes\, or even in costume. Modeling is voluntary and attendees can choose how long they want to hold a pose. \nNo drawing instruction will be provided. Artists are responsible for bringing their own drawing supplies. Facilitated by Jack from Wolfberry Studio LLC with assistance from PAB volunteers Lytal\, Michael and Nick. Masks encouraged to keep our community safe. Supported\, in part\, by 4Culture/King County Lodging Tax. \nWe are meeting in the back lounge area of the Together Center. Together Center entrances are LOCKED on the weekends. Go around to the BACK ENTRANCE on the south side of the building so that we can see you and let you into the life drawing area. If you are at the front entrance\, go right until you reach the end of the building and turn left around the building. \nStreet parking is available on NE 87th St. Transit Options: Bus: Redmond Transit Center is 0.4 miles (about 7 min walk) away. Light Rail: Downtown Redmond Station is 0.6 miles (about 12 minutes walk) away. \nGuidelines \n\nDo not photograph other attendees without their permission.\nIf you make drawings other attendees with discernible features\, do not post your drawings on social media without their permission.\nDo not touch other attendees or their drawings without their permission.\nPlease help keep the space clean.

DESCRIPTION:Bring your work project\, school project or creative project and hang out while working. Or bring some reading to catch up on. This space centers queer GenXers and is also open to GenX allies and 2SLGBTQIA+ queer folk from other age groups. Hosted on third Fridays\, 1:30-4pm\, at rotating Eastside locations. DESCRIPTION:Come as you are to this bimonthly no-expectations social space for our transgender and non-binary community. Enjoy good food\, board and card games\, and chill conversation with others in the queer community. You are also welcome to bring a book to read or an art project to work on while quietly enjoying the company of other gender-diverse folks. Feel free to bring a game of your own to share or just hang out and chat!\n​\nEach meet-up will be at a different location\, so sign up for Pride Across the Bridge newsletter or watch our website. \nMeetings on the fourth Thursday of each month are hosted at Redmond Library in meeting room 1. \nMasks are encouraged to keep our community safe! All ages are welcome to come. This space is led by our Good Vibes Fairy\, Milo! Please observe Pride Across the Bridge general event rules. Snacks and drinks are occasionally provided in this space. \n-This is a safe space for all. Any behavior that goes against the 2SLGBTQIA+ and BIPOC community will result in an individual being asked to leave.\n​\n-All ages are welcome\, but we ask minors or other folks who are under legal guardianship be accompanied by a guardian or friend when attending this social event. Youth can be accompanied by another youth. DESCRIPTION:Pride Across the Bridge works hard to provide inclusive and affirming spaces for transgender and nonbinary individuals to come together\, celebrate their identities\, and enjoy the camaraderie and joys of swimming\, that may be taken for granted by many. We know the hurdles many in our trans and nonbinary community face\, and whether it’s body dysphoria or self-conscious body image keeping you from the water\, join your community who understands and live out your aquatic dream! We offer a supportive environment where everyone can feel welcomed and respected\, regardless of their gender identity or expression. Our events are designed to foster a sense of community\, belonging\, and joy\, allowing participants to connect with like-minded individuals\, share experiences\, and build lasting friendships. 🙂 \nWe are a volunteer-driven organization committed to promoting the well-being and visibility of the trans and nonbinary community through engaging and accessible events. Our team is comprised of passionate individuals dedicated to creating positive change and celebrating diversity. Whether you’re a seasoned swimmer or dipping your toes in the water for the first time\, Pride Across the Bridge welcomes you to join us in making waves and embracing the beauty of our shared journey. \nRSVP for free to join the swim. If you need gender-affirming swimwear\, Pride Across the Bridge may be able to offer reimbursements to help cover costs on first-come-first-serve basis. Please see event page for link to apply. \nGuidelines: In our swim meetups\, inclusivity and respect are paramount. We operate under a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination\, harassment\, or hate speech based on gender identity\, sexual orientation\, race\, or any other discrimination against your human beings. We ask all participants to respect each other’s pronouns and to contribute to a positive and supportive atmosphere. Privacy and personal boundaries are to be respected at all times. \nAll-ages welcome – attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Kids may be asked to take a swim test (especially if under 14 or needing additional support) \nNo personal photography will be allowed to maintain a safe environment for everyone’s comfort\, unless explicitly notified by event hosts with permission from everyone in the shot. We know that folks may still want a memento to remember their joy\, so we’re planning live illustration for each swim meet. We will have paid trans and nonbinary live sketch artists from our community\, who are there to enjoy the vibe and capture the magic. \nWe encourage community engagement and invite everyone to stay informed about our events\, announcements\, and community news by signing up for our newsletter on our website or following us on social media @prideacrossthebridge.
