With over 60+ local vendors\, 5 hours of incredible performers\, and a stage full of queer talent\, Redmond Pride offers something for everyone—plus food trucks\, community resources\, art spaces\, and a chill zone. \nRedmond Pride was created to fill a decades-long request for a Pride celebration on the Eastside by those in the queer community. Since 2022\, it has grown to welcome folks not only from the Eastside\, but throughout the PNW! \nPride Across the Bridge believes in making queer joy visible where it’s often overlooked. DESCRIPTION:We cherish our LGBTQ+ elders and believe that magical and meaningful connections can happen at any age. These breakfasts give folks 50+ a chance to connect with each other\, eat good food and enjoy a morning boost of community that the Eastside has been long overdue for. \nWe meet on the first Saturday of each month at different locations on the Eastside from 10:30am-12pm. February’s event will be at the Great American Diner & Bar in Issaquah. \nThis is a free to attend event with food and drink available for purchase\, but not required! If you would like assistance with paying for a bill\, please let our facilitator Axton Burton know. Financial barriers should not be the hurdle to you enjoyably connecting with your community. \nFeel free to bring friends/family if they will make you more comfortable. Throughout the night you might even be able to catch a few themed drag performances! \nCome play the night away with the most fun-loving community around! Specialty cocktails and appetizers will be on offer from our fabulous restaurant (not included with ticket). \nThis event benefits the fabulous local non-profit\, Pride Across the Bridge (PAB)\, so we can continue to do our amazing work for the local queer community. A much-needed resource in these heavy times. Drag performers are volunteering their time so proceeds can go towards PAB. However\, all cash tips will go directly towards the performers. So don’t forget your cash to tip-the-train-carriage-down! 🙂 \nRapid testing before the event and use of kn94+ Masks during the event while not eating or drinking\, are highly encouraged to practice community care and protect those most vulnerable in our community. DESCRIPTION:We cherish our LGBTQ+ elders and believe that magical and meaningful connections can happen at any age. These breakfasts give folks 50+ a chance to connect with each other\, eat good food and enjoy a morning boost of community that the Eastside has been long overdue for. \nWe meet on the first Saturday of each month at different locations on the Eastside from 10:30am-12pm. \nThis is a free to attend event with food and drink available for purchase\, but not required! If you would like assistance with paying for a bill\, please let our facilitator Axton Burton know. Financial barriers should not be the hurdle to you enjoyably connecting with your community.

DESCRIPTION:Join in this monthly community space for our queer and trans neighbors of color! Snacks provided~ Each month we hold a different focus or activity. \nThis monthly gathering space for our queer and trans neighbors of color to connect is co-presented by Eastside for All and Pride Across the Bridge. NOTE: This gathering is for those with lived experience as members of historically minoritized racial groups (Black\, Indigenous\, and People of Color) If you do NOT share this lived experience\, please consider attending other Pride Across the Bridge events instead. The Sunday November 10 event is in the Together Center at 16305 NE 87th St\, Redmond WA 98052. If the entrance is locked\, call Uncle Jack at ‪562-980-5211 to be let into the building. November’s activity is a Storytelling Circle. Participants will have the opportunity to take turns retelling a folktale from their culture\, a story that they are writing\, or any interesting tale that they have read. (Storytelling is optional. Attendees can choose to just listen without sharing.) We will have coloring sheets and other art-and-craft supplies for those of us who like to keep our hands occupied! You can also bring your own creative project to work on. Masks encouraged to keep our community safe!
