Join us for another night of laughter, community, and resistance at Lavender Rights Project’s Black Trans Comedy Showcase 2024 fundraiser! As we begin to kick off this pride season, we are reminded of how acts of resistance have always existed alongside the joys of communion on this quest toward liberation.
Be with us on this night of conjuring joy, community building, and laughing until we cry (for good reason), all while raising funds to secure housing, legal protections, and the overall well-being of Black trans life in Washington State and beyond! A delicious meal will be provided by a community catering favorite, raffle prizes, opportunities to interact with performers (bring yall’s tips!), and so much more! Last year’s tickets sold out so…you know what to do!
