The largest gathering of trans people in the Midwest. The TransOhio Trans & Ally Symposium began as a one day event in 2008, attended by less than 100 people, and has since grown to a three day conference with over 200 participants, more than 40 workshops, community, entertainment, knowledge, food, and Continuing Education Credits
