The Trans Rural Elders Conference, hosted by TransRural Lives and Helen House, will take place in Ellensburg, Washington, from October 24 to 26, 2025 (Friday evening to Sunday afternoon). The event will feature a speaker series, workshops, resource sharing, social events, and storytelling.

The conference aims to increase the visibility of transgender and gender-diverse elders in rural areas of the Pacific Northwest and to nurture supportive networks that empower individuals and foster community building across age groups and rural areas.
