The 2020 landmark Supreme Court ruling on Title VII of the Equal Rights Act was a historic moment for the transgender and non-binary community, especially when it comes to equal employment and inclusive workplaces that celebrate who we are. But even with these changes, we must remain ever diligent to ensure that employers create a welcoming environment for their trans and gender non-conforming employees and candidates. And to become an agent of this change, it is vitally important that the trans community and their allies know what our rights are!
Please join Denise and Stephanie on the evening of Wednesday, March 3rd, as they explain what the changes of the last six months mean for you and for your employer. Please plan to bring your experiences, stories, and questions to this interactive experience. The message of this workshop is clear: while much has changed for good in terms of transgender/gender diverse workplace inclusion, each one of us plays a vital role in the fight for meaningful and lasting change.
